Marcello Gabana & C. S.A.p.A. - formed towards the end of 2001 - is an investment society in real estate and furniture and, after reorganization, has become the group holding company.

The first initiative of the society was the acquisition of the industrial complex of the ex Consorzio Agrario in Ferrara.

Click to enlargeThe property is made up of two office buildings, five industrial warehouses, a roofed warehouse and four smaller buildings and occupies an area of around sqm 147,500.

Plans have been drawn up for the re-classification of the area through new commercial and residential building projects.

During 2002, the Society Marcello Gabana & C. S.A.p.A. continued its investment programme with the acquisition of the entire share capital of the Society Immocri S.p.A. (presently Gedit S.p.A.), that directly or via its controlled society has a substantial real estate portfolio.
